Connor-Winfield Corporation

The Connor-Winfield Corporation is a privately held, US based electronic product manufacturer. After incorporation in 1963, Connor-Winfield focused primarily on designing and manufacturing quartz based timing circuits and oscillators for use in a wide variety of electronics applications. In the 1990's, Connor-Winfield expanded into other product areas while maintaining a continued focus on its core timing roots.

Connor-Winfield's frequency control products are used in a wide variety of applications including telecommunications, LAN and WAN products, computer, and other microprocessor and electronic equipment. We specialize in designing custom and semi-

custom frequency control products but also offer a broad line of standard oscillator products and non-crystal based oscillators.

Connor-Winfield's Timing ICs represent the newest technology in synchronization, frequency generation and frequency control. These feature rich single chip solutions have been designed for maximum flexibility, extensive programmability and exceptionally high performance. This line of products has been designed for network synchronization in timing card and line card solutions for operation in the following network topologies:Synchronous Ethernet, Precision Packet Timing (PTP), SONET, SDH, OTN, LTE and DOCSIS as well as the following telecommunications standards:GR-1244, ITU-G.813, ITU-G.8262 Option I and II, ITU-G.8263, Stratum 3 and Stratum 3E, ITU-G.8272, ITU-G.8273 and IEEE-1588 V2.

This expansive product line of integrated timing solutions offers many attributes such as excellent reference switching capability, multiple holdover options, programmable filter bandwidths, programmable input and output frequencies, SPI bus control monitoring and low jitter outputs. These products address all reference monitoring, selection, filtering, synthesis and control.
