100MHz 5x 7mm TCXO

KVG offers with the TO-75000 (VC)TCXOs in a small 7 x 5 mm SMD-package for frequencies from  40 MHz up to 100 MHz. Even tight frequency stability options of ±0.5 ppm vs. an operating temperature range of -30 °C to +85 °C are possible. 

The typical phase noise of a 50 MHz TO-75000 at 100 Hz carrier offset is below -105 dBc/Hz. The typical „Noise Floor“ at 100 kHz carrier offset is below
-150 dBc/Hz.

Typical applications are network- and synchronisation components and systems for professional telecommunication and of course measurement equipments and systems for net monitoring.
